Mochi from La Maison du Mochi

Unable to find good mochi in Paris, Japan enthusiast Mathilda Motte decided to open her own mochi shop. This delicate pastry has the advantage of being 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and fat-free. And at Maison du Mochi, the result is a rare perfection: light and fluffy balls, flavored according to the seasons with chocolate, sesame, orange blossom, or matcha. All are handcrafted in their workshops in Touraine.

The constant presence of gondoliers certifies its quality, as well as the presence of trucks and their drivers pointing out the right restaurants where to stop and eat during a car trip.
